About

Hello

Here at Posh, our design style is Contemporary crossed with Transitional to fit the design needs of anyone after a fabric facelift for their home!

As the owner of the company, I have been in the design industry for the past decade + working exclusively with high end designer fabrics, as a textile specialist. Designing every custom treatment that's installed in my clients homes, with a wide variety of textiles at my fingertips!

Window coverings are my speciality (draperies, roman shades, valances, swags & cornices) I also adore designing bedding, cushions, pillows, table coverings and more. Anything with fabric the creative possibilities are endless!

Re-upholstery is another passion. Taking a dated piece of furniture and transforming it to its original beauty with new fabric, foam and interior components. Anything with fabric, I love to work with it!!

My design career started in college for drafting, then interior design, then interior architecture. During my schooling, I started at a high-volume "designer or trade" workroom where I advanced into the Lead In-House designer position. From there, I took on the workroom management position, overseeing all custom projects. I oversaw all junior designers, including an average of 16 trade fabricators of whom manufactured our custom designed products. This is where my real schooling began! I learned so much as the workroom manager, from the initial stages of design to every custom application, while overseeing the fabrication process of each custom designed order.  In that position I also assisted Independent Designers and national retail box store, Trade Customers, in reviewing their design projects, implementing design assistance on a wholesale level.

Bringing me here to present day, with my own design practice. I have a great plethora of knowledge in custom design, that I love to share with my clients and other designers.

This is where Posh Home Interiors was born.
